About Us
SOV and SST have combined their transportation services and formed Safety Transportation to cater to the needs of vulnerable groups such as medical, elder, and student populations in different communities. The enterprise is designed to handle various operational, mechanical, educational, and business-related requirements. The goal is to surpass other transportation companies by expanding into new territories and ensuring that clients' needs are met with a focus on integrity, privacy, respect, time management, reliability, dependability, and safety.

Shannon Frazer
Founder, Director of Marketing and Sales
Shannon is a licensed special education teacher, general education teacher, special education administrator and most recently, an academic evaluation specialist with over 10 years of experience in PreK-12 working in Massachusetts public and partnered collaborative districts as well as, out of state. Shannon is a Mom of two amazing children and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing and a Concentration in Graphic Design. At just 20 years old, Shannon held various roles in a global investor relations firm for Fortune 500 companies. Shannon supported global technological infrastructure and managed process improvement initiatives across various North American key operational business units. Shannon specialized in operational initiatives, domestic and international scope and sequences of technological updates, responsible for North American operational business units' training and development, as well as identifying U.S. operational gaps and solutions for efficiency and money-saving strategies for client-based operational solutions.
Eric Griffin
Founder, Director of Fleet and Operations
Shannon is very family centered and knew that Eric Griffin would bring a wealth of car service and knowledge to the businesses to ensure the safety component to the operations. Eric is a former founder of a family-owned car service that prided themselves on safety, value, and family. After selling his own company, Eric was ready for a new business venture and agreed to joining the team.
